Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation:

Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e- mail.  If the item(s) for your order become available for shipping within 7-14 days, or if you order Made-to-order & custom orders lead times are between 2-24 weeks and we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. We will send shipping confirmation once ordered items are manufactured and ready to ship

Shipment process:

Upon receiving your order we will vary the stock level of your item and proceed with processing your card within 7 days from the date of your order. Once the tracking numbers are available we will issue those to you via email to the email you provided at the time of your purchase. If for some reason you do not receive the tracking information from our team within 8 days of your order, do not hesitate to reach out to us at concretemart.com High demand items, back orders, low/no inventory items and custom made orders delivery dates mentioned in the product or cart pages are tentative and subject to change. 

Custom Orders and Made to orders lead times are 2-24 weeks.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to us and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

If you have received defective items, we will help you to replace it without any additional cost. The shipment damages should be inspected upon delivery and claims must be made within 2 days of receipt. Please notify us immediately via email or phone if you found the shipment damages. We can either send a replacement or refund full purchase price. Delay is filing claims may result in additional expenses to the customer.

The Freight shipments should be inspected carefully. If any damage or missing items, it is the customer's responsibility to note down on the bill of lading before signing off delivery. Any damaged or missing items, please notify us via email or Phone, so that we can ship the replacements to you. 

Do not refuse the shipment. The shipment should be returned only after we provide RMA. Without RMA, we wouldn’t be able accept any shipment. It is customer responsibility if the shipment returned without RMA. 

The missing items should be reported within 3 days of receipt. If a package arrives missing items, contact us immediately via email or phone. we are not responsible for any missing items, if 3 days past upon receipt. Undeliverable or Refused merchandise will be charged for the freight charges both ways even if it is bought with free shipping.

Lead Time for shipping:

Most of the brands that we are selling on our website are made in the USA and most of the products will be made-to-order that means product will be manufactured freshly for you. The lead times are the manufacturing timeline and shipping might take 1 or 2 weeks extra.
